Tour de Bloc 8: Nationals at Climber’s Rock

Once again, the culmination of the Tour de Bloc was held out here in the Toronto region. This time around Burlington gym Climber’s Rock was the host for the biggest climbing event in Canada (yet!)! This year’s field was very impressive and the largest ever for Nationals, including about 60 Men competitors and 31 Women open competitors! Because some strong Europeans and Americans showed up, they ended up taking 13 women and 14 men to the final round. Super strong field on both sides! Very impressive.

Encore une fois, les Nationaux auront été organisé dans la région de Toronto. Plus précisement au centre d’escalade Climber’s Rock à Burlington. Cette année la compétition a rassemblé le plus gros groupe de grimpeurs (et grimpeuses) “open” de tout l’histoire de Tour de Bloc (Environ 60 hommes et 30 femmes dans la categorie “open”). Dû à la présences de quelques compétiteurs (et compétitrices) forts provenant de l’Europe et des États-Unis, ils ont pris 14 hommes et 13 femmes en finales. La compétition était vraiment féroce!

Miguel, je trouve que tes photos sont de plus en plus belles, on aurait presqu’envie de toucher les gens que tu photographies tellement ils ont l’air d’ëtre juste devant nous. Je ne sais pas trop comment t’expliquer ce que je veux dire mais en tout cas, c’est super bien réussi, de quelqu’un qui ne connait rien en photos. Je t’aime
